"Hydro power plant" is a small level for Doom 2, designed to look like, well, a hydro power plant. It's a building built against a hill, with a waterfall and generator outside.

It's a fairly small level, but it certainly packs a punch. I started out at this level and went for a frontal assault, and soon ended up face down. You have to plan your attack in the outdoor area, the badies are too strong to fight directly. You'll need to save ammo for later on too, so this fight takes some patience and tactics.

Once you've beaten the outdoors you move inside and finish up the level. There are a couple of archies to deal with bu not much else to cause problems. All 3 keys are used at the level, but it's pretty short, each key leads quickly to the next.

The outside area has a waterfall that looks good, but there isn't much else to see at the level really. There are some good features indoors, like the gratings in the floor and the final room, but there isn;t a lot of other detail.

Overall this level has little more than an interesting starting fight, but if you've got time to spare try it out. It's a fun fight.
