WARCADE3 is the third level in the WARCADE series. The level consists of single large building, surrounded by a moat. The architecture is ok, no noticable problems, but lacked detail. There are some good details like bridges outdoors though. Note that some parts of the level don't work right without Boom/Zdoom, but the level is still playable despite these problems.

The unique aspect of this level is the number of invisibility spheres. They are scattered all through the level, in places where you can't avoid getting them. They make a big difference to the fights; sargeants and chaingunners are less effective (though still dangerous, since you don't immediately realise you're under attack), fighting arachnotrons has completely different tactics, and hell knights are much more dangerous than normal.

There is limited health and ammo early on, making the fights even trickier. Later on there was plenty of ammo; towards the end I found the plasma rifle in a secret area, but had already killed everything so it was wasted. The level progresion is interesting, triggering a series of bridges and stairways, but never too complicated.

Overall this was a quite unusual level to play; I wouldn't want every level to be this way, but it makes a great change to play a level where the tactics are quite different.
